Description
The scope of work consists of installing Walker Community Park Phase 1A per the drawings and Technical Specifications. The work includes securing a building permit for the new restroom. Additionally, in general, the following is involved: Excavation & Grading, Roadway & Parking Lot, Site Utilities (Storm Drain, Sewer & Water), Site Utilities (Electrical), Restroom Improvements, Irrigation Improvements and other work as necessary to complete Phase 1 of this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
