Description
The work to be performed under this project generally consists of the construction of a new four-foot-wide ADA compliant sidewalk, installation of two access gates, tree removals, and the installation of a cable fence railing at the back of the sidewalk. All work will be constructed within the City right-of-way and the existing slope will be protected in place. A permit has been issued for this project through the County of Orange to gain access to the adjacent OCFCD right-of-way easement for construction purposes. Additionally, to enable the construction of the new sidewalk, conflicting landscaping and other conflicting items as shown on the project plans will be removed and irrigation lines will be adjusted.
