Description
The work includes construction of infrastructure for the Berth 11 and 12 backlands reconstruction. Site work including, but is not limited to, saw cutting and removal of pavement, demolition of concrete slabs and concrete foundations. Utility installation, removals, diversions and modifications including, but is not limited to water mains, hydrants and associated equipment: storm water catch basins and manholes. Work includes removal of existing utilities that interfere with the work including, but not limited to, abandoned electrical duct banks, water mains, hydrants, etc. Pavement including, but not limited to, deep asphalt reclamation with cement additive: filling, compaction, and grading of existing site. Supply and install: asphalt paving, signage, barriers, and striping. DBE goal is 7.5%. Bonds and prevailing wages
