Description
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors for the Continuing Supply of Portable Toilets Rental in support of operations of the County. The County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful vendor for any related items, products, or associated work/services not specifically listed in the bid solicitation documents. Some rental units at times may be placed in remote, unattended, and unsecured areas. Therefore, the County will consider damages to rental units above normal “wear and tear” on a case by case basis. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
