Description
The work consists of the labor, material, and equipment for the construction of a new maintenance barn. Work shall include but not be limited to, a TURN KEY project to provide a new maintenance barn at Blythe Island Regional Park in Glynn County, Georgia. The intent is for the contractor to generate a set of plans, obtain all permits, and construct the building. The intended facility shall be 40’x60’, 12’ wall height, and have a 16’x60’ shed roof off of one side. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen at [email protected] no later than August 27, 2021.Bond Required.
