Code Enforcement Property Maintenance Services, Westminster, MD

Services include mowing, clearing, and cleaning of privately-owned lots identified by the Code Enforcement Officer to be in violation of the property maintenance provisions of the Code of the City of Westminster. It is estimated that as many as forty lots may be identified; however, the actual number of lots to be maintained cannot be ascertained with certainty in advance, as the number is an approximation based on prior years and may include more than one mowing for some properties. Each bidder is requested to quote a price for mowing only and a separate price for lots with accumulations of brush, debris, rubbish, and litter. Bonds required. Prevailing wages may apply.
