This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses and permits, etc. necessary to modernize the existing Garaventa wheel chair lift on the 26th floor at Schaefer Tower, 6 St Paul St, Baltimore, Md. 21201. This is a small business reserve (SBR) only solicitation. Q&A due by 2pm, 8/25/21. Bonds required.
