Description
The Contractor shall furnish/supply all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and complete boiler maintenance service including both corrective and preventative maintenance, emergency service and replacement of worn or defective parts and devices for boiler units at various locations during the contract period. The successful Contractor must be equipped to provide emergency work within (2) two hours of the facility’s call for service and to commence non-emergency/new work within twenty-four (24) hours of the facility’s call for service. Contract duration is 3 years with 2 annual renewals. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM on Aug 19th. Prevailing wages apply.
