Description
This project includes excavation and backfill for installation of a prefabricated vault restroom building, concrete flatwork, water line and drinking fountain installation and grading. Owner will be responsible for obtaining the required health department permit for the restroom building. Project includes all work required for installation of a new pre-fabricated restroom, water fountain, concrete flatwork, and finish work. 120 days. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
