Description
Work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor and materials to replace existing flat roof system including removal and reset of roof top units. Bids will be received for two different options. Option #1 shall include but is not limited to: Remove existing roof down to the deck and the wall flashings and dispose of debris. Replace or repair any damaged metal deck or wall plate that is found. Provide and install new roof membrane over tapered insulation system and to provide all labor, materials and installation as needed. Option #2 shall include but not limited to: New pre-fabricated sloped wood roof trusses w/ standing seam metal roof over existing flat roof area. Owner reserves the right to choose from option #1 or option #2 based on best bid received for each & timeline to complete project, not necessarily the lowest dollar amount of the two options
