Commercial & Industrial Solid Waste / Refuse Collection Disposal Services, Dallas Co., TX

Contractor shall furnish and supply containers/dumpsters and waste/refuse collection disposal services as requested by Dallas County. Vehicles and equipment used by Contractor to collect and remove the refuse/trash shall at all times be clean and well maintained, both mechanically and in appearance. All equipment used to collect and remove refuse shall be covered to prevent littering. Contractor shall provide Dallas County with a contingency plan that address activities include but are not limited to – service interruption, service interruption due to weather, vehicles/trucks break down while servicing the daily route, vehicles/trucks become unavailable for servicing the daily route, levels of customer service, emergency route planning, planning back-loads, etc. See attached for detailed requirements. The deadline for all questions, inquiries or requests for clarification is: August 19, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Contract duration is 5 years with 1 annual renewal. Bonds required.
