Description
The Waltham Housing Authority (WHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from
Trade Services repairs and maintenance as needed on a day to day basis at various public
housing developments owned and operated by the Waltham Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by the Waltham Housing Authority. The contract duration is one (1) year. The WHA may exercise its option to renew the contract for
two (2) additional years at one (1) year intervals. Bonds and prevailing wages
