William N. DeBerry Homer Street Elementary School, Springfield, MA

A new three-story, slab-on-grade, steel framed building, with steel framed roofs, concrete footings and foundation walls, connections to utilities in the surrounding streets, new paved parking lot and drives, lawns, landscaping, architectural elements, and associated site work. The building will be clad with brick masonry, CMU, phenolic resin panels, and include aluminum curtainwall openings, windows and doors, and PVC roofing. The project will also consist of the demolition of the existing and adjacent William N. DeBerry Elementary School building. Sub bids will be received until August 26, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp-proofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
