Description
SRTA is seeking a qualified consultant to assist staff by providing general guidance and
coordination with interested public and private sector parties to promote a hydrogen fuel
economy (Shasta Regional Hydrogen Hub) including hydrogen manufacturing, distribution,
fueling facilities, vehicles, and demand for mobile or stationary fuel cell applications. The
following scope of work and deliverables represent staff expectations that the work developed
in the project will address. The contract between SRTA and the consultant will serve as a
master agreement and general authorization to identify project needs based on this scope of
work. Questions due 8/30/21.
