Description

NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and completely prepare site to perform work for project Work includes general construction, alterations, drainage, roofing, exterior wall finish, related repairs and necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items to repair exterior systems to prevent water intrusion/moisture penetrating the Building 42. The intent of this project is to correct FCA deficiencies, including preventative measures to correct potential future deficiencies. This project includes tasking to repair and replace portions of the horizontal and vertical exterior systems of Building 42 at the Marion VA Medical Center, IL. This work shall include the removal and replacement of all roof membranes and exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS) indicated in the construction documents, including all the required repairs to ancillary systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to meet the requirements Bonds, insurance & min prevailing wages apply.
