Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The intent of this contract is to finish/complete the installation of a new solar lighting system at a rental cabin (The Van Vleck bunkhouse) located on The Eldorado National Forest within the area known as the Crystal Basin. The system will be a 12-volt, low wattage led lighting system, consisting of 4 solar panels, secured by "top of pole" mount(outside).This system is only to provide power to operate several low watt LED celling /wall mounted panel lighting fixtures, no power needed for outlets or for electrical appliances. All major components to complete the lighting system installation have been purchased by the government. The contractor is required to use these purchased components first. Contractor will be supplied all components parts prior to start date. The contractor is to provide the technical skills/labor/installation to complete the solar lighting system. A portion of the work has already been completed in summer of 2020. The 17ft. long and 4-inch diameter steel pole was successfully installed in ground with concrete pad in July of 2020, This structure will serve as the base for the solar panel mount. 120 days Bonds & min prevailing wages apply.
