Description
The purpose of this bid is to secure a construction contract for the rehabilitation of the Sunglo Building located at southeast corner of Avenue C and 4th Street and the Staff & Storage Building located at the southwest corner of Avenue C and 4th Street. Also included is the conversion of overhead electric at MLK Festival Grounds to underground electric with common trench, handholes, switchgear and transformer pads and electric. Bonds required.
