Garfield Joint Military Training center is seeking work to repair the multiple failed culverts along the southern portion of our perimeter road, including several large roadway culverts inside the post. These culverts and road way sections will be brought back to a functioning status allowing safe travel across Camp James A. Garfield and patrolling along the perimeter road.
