Description

The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish an annual construction contract for the on demand repair, replacement, or construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs, driveways, pads, and walking trails. The contract shall commence on October 1, 2021 and continue through September 30, 2022. The City reserves the right to extend this contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, if mutually agreed to in writing by the City and the awarded Contractor. The City of Temple reserves the right to bid any job separately with an estimated cost of $10,000 or more. Bonds required.
