Reroute 4" Sanitary Sewer Force Main from First St., through Port San Luis Parking Lot under Beach Colony and connect to new manhole at Avila Beach Dr., Pressure test newly installed sewer main, monitor environmental impacts and comply with all environmental regulations, and all other work necessary to complete the project.
