Description
The project consists of the renovation of various areas including, but not limited to, rooftop unit replacement over the kitchen, dining, and gymnasium area. Also included in the Project is upgrades to the kitchen plumbing at the dish wash area and staff restroom. The side will be upgraded to help properly drain the back side of the campus, and the existing wood stairs will be replaced with new concrete stairs with guardrails and handrails. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HUB Plan required.
