Lago Vista 2021 Street Overlay Rehab, Lago Vista, TX

Base Bid: 1.5” Overlay & tac coat of 28 different City streets approximately 176,800 square yards. Project consists of removing reflective traffic buttons, implement traffic control as approved by the City, apply tac Coat, and 1.5” overlay, 12” HMAC tapered edge beyond the limits of overlay, temporary lane markers on streets already marked, striping several of these streets, asphalt tie-in to existing roads. Installing blue traffic buttons on lanes at Fire Hydrants, and 4-weeks after application vacuum sweep entire roadway, and complying with city construction specification in addition to design drawing notes. Added Bid Alt1: 1.5” Overlay & tac coat of 5 different City streets approximately 22,000 square yards. Install 12” HMAC tapered edge beyond the limits of overlay. Some of these streets require striping as noted on the documents. Only some streets receive centerline and edge striping. All streets require stop bars and FH blue buttons.
