365 Tollway Project (Segments 1 & 2) CSJ: 0921-02-368 (365 Toll project), which was originally bid in 2017, is being re-bid with a revised construction budget and plan of finance. 365 Toll project is for the construction of a 12.2 mile tolled facility from 0.58 miles west of FM 396 (Anzalduas Highway) to 0.07 mile north of US 281 (Military Highway) at its intersection with San Juan Road. Project is inclusive of thirteen (13) grade‑separated interchanges and one floodway bridge structure; USIBWC levee relocations; and roadway work consisting of: grading, cement treated flexible base, lime treated subgrade, asphaltic concrete pavement, continuously reinforced concrete pavement, retaining walls, culverts, reinforced concrete pipe, drainage appurtenances, irrigation structures, irrigation appurtenances, traffic signals, illumination, signing, pavement markings, toll gantries, toll equipment, fiber optic network, CCTV cameras, vehicle detection system, Bluetooth, dynamic message signs, wireless antennas, ITS poles and cabinets, ground boxes and conduit, etc. DBE utilization required.
