Description
The Work consists of the following: New Homes: 1. New construction of 13 detached single-family dwellings of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts. 2. One or more green development certifications 3. Two detached homes to meet ADA requirements, with not less than one unit meeting requirements for sight and hearing disabled. 4. Site design includes driveway and parking areas, grading, landscaping and irrigation, and connection to existing utilities. Duplexes: 1. New construction of two (2) duplex buildings, for a total of four (4) dwelling units, one of which will be ADA accessible. 2. Construction and amenities the same as for the detached dwellings. Community Garden: 1. Develop infrastructure and coordination for third party construction of community garden space. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
