Description
The City of Sacramento, Community Development Department is requesting qualification statements from qualified contractors for the purpose of establishing an on-call list for non-emergency demolition services to assist City staff with future buildings and structures that are in violation of Sacramento City Code and need to be demolished as a matter of public health and safety. Project Duration is 3 years (optional 2 - 1 year extensions). Questions due by Aug 16th @ 4:00 PM. Request for services will be made on a project-by-project basis. The City’s intent is to select multiple Contractors to provide On-Call services for projects on an as needed basis.
