Construction of Clairemont Mesa E Improv 1 project consists of the installation of approximately 10, 114 linear feet (1.92 miles) of 8-inch and 16-inch water mains, replacing existing 4-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch and 16-inch AC water mains; related work includes re-installation of fire hydrants, water services, and other appurtenances. Clairemont Mesa E Improv 1 project also consists of the installation of approximately 6,504 linear feet (1.23 miles) of 8-inch sewer mains, installing 51 new curb ramps; related work includes associated sewer laterals, manholes and other appurtenances. Project duration is 452 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Total SLBE & ELBE mandatory participation 22.3% GFE required.
