Description
Fannin County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for Janitorial services for various owned and leased facilities. Initially, the County desires to receive proposals limited to the following six (6) facilities: The Derrell Hall Education Center, The South Annex which houses District Court and Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1.
The Treasurer and Auditor’s Offices to include the District Clerk’s offices. The East Annex, The County Court at Law courtroom and offices and the County Clerk and District Attorney’s offices. Questions are due by Aug 17th.
