Description
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, skilled technicians, personnel, supervision, tools, licenses, chemicals, equipment, materials, and expertise to provide a comprehensive turf management and weed control program at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports in accordance with these specifications. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. MBE goal 25%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
