Description
HACL is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms who have a successful history in
dwelling rehabilitation where water damages were involved. The subject unit had water damage
from the second-floor bathroom leak. Due to the asbestos containing floor mastic the unit will need
to be mitigated by a qualified Environmental Company. Deadline for Questions: Monday, August 23, 2021 at 2:00PM. HUD requirements apply. Bonds and Insurance.
