Description
Renovation: The subject bathroom is to be converted into a tiled shower with the addition
of a changing room. The purpose of this IFB is to procure services to remodel bathroom in HACL’s Maintenance Building. The selected Contractor must provide all necessary permits, transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services and expertise to perform contractual services.
Deadline for Questions: Monday, August 23, 2021 at 2:00PM. Bonds, DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE participation and Insurance. 120 calendar days performance.
