The approximate scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to: open cut repair of 352 linear feet of sewer, replacement of 13 sewer service connections, installation of nine (9) sewer manholes, open cut repair of 95 linear feet of drain, installation of 25,899 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe and reinstatement of 523 services, installation of 6,013 linear feet of structural cured-in-place pipe and reinstatement of 154 services, cutting 69 protruding service connections, cementitious lining of 1,444 v.f. of manholes, installation of nine (9) manhole frame and covers, building of two (2) manhole bench and inverts, cleaning and inspection of 15 laterals, and installation of 15 cured-in-place lateral liners, installation of five (5) linear feet of cured-in-place short liners, and cleaning and inspection of 4,024 linear feet of sewer and drain. The work must be brought to substantial completion, exclusive of final paving and warranty re-test inspection, within 260 calendar days of the start date fixed in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete warranty re-test inspection within 55 calendar days of the commencement of the warranty re-test inspection. MBE goal is 7.24% and WBE goal is 3.60%.
