Description
The project consists of 1.5” mill & pave of streets in Kirby Industrial Park, full depth reclamation (FDR) of Danr Drive NE and 1” mill and pave of streets within Palm Bay Colony. The roadway improvements include FDR of Danr Drive NE with emulsion and cement and then all other streets are 1” or 1.5” milling and paving of the entire two travel lanes. All streets are within the City of Palm Bay Right of Way. Construction shall include all incidental items for work to be performed as per the construction plans for the roadways including FDR, milling and paving, removing and replacing sidewalks for ADA additions, installing truncated domes, temporary striping, final thermoplastic striping and pavement markings. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
