Description
Scope of work to include all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the required repairs, documentation, acceptance tests, visual inspection and warranty in accordance with established standards using approved products as detailed in the Technical Specifications included as Exhibit B. Pricing should be all inclusive with coordination and responsibility of all activities related to permitting, traffic control, flagging, bypass pumping, jetter truck, OSHA confined space entry compliance, and debris removal included.
