Description
The proposed work generally consists of the design and construction for the renovation of the HHS Building located at 2318 Portland Road, Newberg, OR. Once completed, the new structure will provide added space and capacity to support expanded operations for HHS's Adult Behavioral Health Services Division. This project will be a performance specification requiring that the County provide criteria that must be considered in the configuration of a system, complete, useable, and accepted prior to payment for work on the project.
