Monte Sereno Community Center Renovation, Monte Sereno, CA

In general the project consists of the renovation of an existing building at the City of Monte Sereno City Hall site for use as a Community Center. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: interior remodeling, dry wall, electrical work, plumbing, foundation, exterior concrete and other work as shown on the Contract Plans, as specified in the Contract Documents, and as directed by the City Engineer. A – Bid Alternate No. 1 includes all work indicated and as necessary to procure and install new Tesla Roof and Powerwall battery storage. B – Bid Alternate No. 2 includes all work indicated and as necessary to clean, crack fill, seal coat and stripe entire parking lot per specifications. The parking lot is approximately 11,000 SF. C – Bid Alternate No. 3 includes all work indicated and as necessary to prepare a site to install an EV charging station per specifications. City will purchase and complete final installation of station. Questions are due by 10:00 am on Aug 20th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
