Description
The contractor shall provide the labor and materials to replace the existing HVAC Pool PAK unit in the HPEC building at York College. The work also includes asbestos abatement, mechanical work, electrical and fire alarm work, scraping, painting and other general construction work, etc. MBE goal is 25%, WBE goal is 10%, and SDVOB goal is 6%.
