Description
SBE goal 15% Contractor to provide a steel platform and bridge in the Courthouse boiler room. Platform
includes railings and steel grating; Demolition of concrete slab on grade for installation of footings. Barriers. Alternate No. 1: Courthouse Boiler Room - Provide steel platform and ladder. Platform includes railings and steel grating. Bridge to platform will not be included. Alternate No. 2: 230 William Howard Taft Roof - Provide steel stairs at Tee-to-tee joint sealant replacements. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
