In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: *The project consists of addition and replacement of HVAC equipment including associated electrical work, controls and appurtenances at the Easterly WWTC, Westerly WWTC, Southerly WWTC, GJM, and EMSC. The work generally consists of the following major elements: o Replacement and upgrades of 16 air handling units o 3 new steam to hot glycol heat exchangers o Replacement and upgrade of 2 combustion air units o Replacement and upgrade of 18 exhaust fans o Replacement and upgrade of 1 air rotation unit o Replacement and upgrade of 4 DX split systems o Replacement and upgrade of 5 rooftop units o Replacement and upgrade of 1 heat recovery unit o Replacement and upgrade of 2 natural gas infrared heaters o Replacement and upgrade of 2 natural gas duct heaters o Replacement and upgrade of 1500' of underground steam and condensate piping serving Easterly Chemical and Effluent Buildings o Replacement and upgrade of 24 VAV hot water control valves.
