Description
Base bid: The project entails construction of a 27 acre new park located in the City of Grove City, Ohio. This initial phase of park development includes the grading of the site, installation of topsoil, and seeding. Also included is the installation of park utilities, including storm sewers, public and private waterlines, sanitary services, electrical conduits and conductor cable, and park lighting. The project also includes the construction of parking lots with striping and signage, access drives, and park sidewalks. Landscaping will be installed, including park trees, shrubs, and an irrigation system. Entryway columns, wall, and fences will installed at key park entry points, and two pergolas with swinging benches are also planned for installation. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
