Description
The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Downtown Improvements Project – Phase II. The project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, crosswalks, site lighting, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract documents. Prequalification of Contractors is required under the provisions of Section 34 of Chapter 90 and in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00. Only a bidder who is pre-qualified may receive the Official Bid Form. All proposals submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Prequalification Office will be rejected by the Owner. M/WBE goal is 10.4%.
