Lincoln Ave and Jefferson Pump Station Upgrades Project, Holden, MA

The work for the Lincoln Ave and Jefferson Pump Replacements Project consists the following work at each pump station location: Lincoln Avenue Pump Station: Replacement of the existing extended-shaft vertical centrifugal pumps and motors with new dry pit submersible pumps, replacement of the associated equipment, piping and valves within the valve chamber, electrical upgrades for the new pumps and motors, control panel including two VFDs, and replacement of pump level control equipment and instrumentation. Jefferson Pump Station: Replacement of the existing pumps and motors with dry pit submersible style pumps, replacement of the associated equipment, piping, and valves within the valve chamber, replacement of pump level control equipment and instrumentation, and electrical upgrades for the new pumps and motors, and control panel including two VFDs. The work also includes adding a cut-in valve outside the station for force main isolation. Masonry repairs to the building, including demolishing and repairing the two louvers, is included as described under Alternate 1. Sub bids will be received until August 25, 2021 at 10:00am.
