Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to (provide, perform, Janitorial Services for the Louisa Residency, located in the counties of Fluvanna, Louisa and Orange Virginia. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and any other incidental necessary, to satisfactorily perform the services as specified, except for supplies and products listed in IV. C General Equipment Materials and Supplies. VDOT Requirements. See attached Locations for square footage and approximately the number of VDOT employees for each building. Contract: From October 18, 2021 for one year. (Renewable). SBE documentation required. Q&A due by 5pm, 8/23/21.
