Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide janitorial services at the Halifax Residency Office, Survey Building and Equipment Shop. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the work as described in accordance with the Specifications, General Terms and Conditions, and Special Terms and Conditions of this Invitation for Bids. Janitorial Regular Services will be required on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Contract: From October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 with 4 one year renewal options. SBE documentation required. Q&A due by 5pm, 5 days prior to bid.
