Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation, Salem District (VDOT) is soliciting bids from interested firms to establish a renewable term contract to furnish custodial services for the Bedford Residency in Bedford, VA. The Residency is located at 2022 East Lynchburg Salem Turnpike, Bedford, VA 24523, approximately one mile east of the City of Bedford and about 20 miles west of Lynchburg Virginia. Services are for the Residency Office consisting of three floors with a total area of 4,482 square feet and the Residency Shop with a total area of 400 square feet. Contract will be for a one (1) year period, with the beginning date to be determined at the time of award and includes four (4) optional one (1) year renewals. This solicitation is set-aside for award priority to DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses. Q&A due by 4pm, 8/23/21.
