Description
The project consists of: Approximately 1.2 miles of asphalt overlay and 0.1 miles of mill and inlay of asphaltic concrete pavement adjacent to curb and gutter on Franklin Street. Removal and replacement of sections of roadway. Driveway tie-ins. Centerline and edge line striping. Construction and permanent grassing of shoulders.
