Description
The Scope of Work (SOW) consists of: Construction of parking lot as indicated in project manual and drawings. Includes all site prep, demolition and erosion control measures. Includes all drainage and piping requirements. Includes all concrete, asphalt, geogrid installation per grade as indicated. All painting, striping, signage, posts indicated. All adjustments required to fence indicated. All landscaping and plantings, mulch materials indicated. Include all costs for permits, inspections, survey certificates as indicated. Alternate 1: Electrical if accepted. Work shall be completed within 120 Consecutive Calendar Days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
