Description
Henry County Government is seeking qualified "Design Build" teams to demo and re-design the existing Mickey D. Cochran Park, located at 301 Banks Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The design shall be based on the Concept Design by the Foresite Group dated June 15, 2021. Actual plans and specifications can be modified if necessary due to existing site conditions. The park is comprised of 8.31 acres. Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions is August 25, 2021 at 3:00pm. Questions should be emailed to [email protected]. Bond required.
