Description
Building 70’ X 70’ X 18’: Roof pitch to match existing building. 50’ gabled roof building with 20’ awning. (3) – 23’4’’ bays. Pre-engineered to withstand 110 mph. 70’ walls to remain open (no sheeting) --North and South side. 70’ walls to be sheeted (gable ends) --East side only. Gutters and down spouts every 23’4”. Galvalume Pbr panel roof 26 gauge. White colored Pbr panel walls 26 gauge. Hot dipped galvanized frame. Pre-galvanized secondary framing. Long life screws. Foundation: 2-70’ end walls to be set on 16” x 24” continual beams. Side wall structural frames to be set on bell bottom piers. Beam excavation and pier drilling to be included in bid. Concrete elevation to be 12” above existing gravel. Hot dipped galvanized anchor bolts. Insurance Required.
