The Oconee County Board of Commissioners is seeking Request for Qualifications/Proposals from contractors interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) pre-construction and construction services for the Oconee County Administrative Building to be located at the intersection of US-441 S (Watkinsville Bypass) and Macon Highway.
