Contractor agrees to provide the California Department of Transportation all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary for landscaping services. Has irrigation support throughout the 6.5 aces, including 1.5 acres of parking lots with many islands encompassing trees, shrubs and ground cover. The lab facility has a large patio with potted plants, cines and walkways. This contract excludes the 4.0-acre solar panels farm. IETMC Grounds, 13892 Victoria Street, Fontana, CA 92336. - 4.0-acre facility with large buildings surrounded by large drought tolerant shrubs, tree and other grounds cover, with an irrigation that runs throughout the 4.0 acres, including the 1.2-acre vacant lot. Park and Ride Lot 13845 Victoria St Fontana, CA 92336 - 1.5-acre lot of parking with islands that include trees, shrubs, and ground cover, this is supported by an irrigation system.
